Union senior Linsey Ellis and Rafael Cocha, a senior from Salta, Argentina, met last semester in their finance class.
Cocha sat next to Ellis in class, but Cocha said that for some reason Ellis wasn’t nice to him. Ellis said that Cocha annoyed her.
Cocha said he was interested in Ellis, but since they didn’t speak that much he decided to forget about her.
Things changed quickly when Ellis sent Cocha a Facebook message with her phone number.
After some convincing from his friends, Cocha agreed to go out with Ellis. He was reluctant after how things had gone in class, but the two went out.
Shortly after, Ellis texted Cocha, saying she missed him.
Soon after, things got serious.
Ellis spent Winter Break in Argentina with Cocha and met his family.
“I’ve found in her something I’ve never felt before,” Cocha said. “I just like to be with her, I like to become more responsible as I spend more time with her, I never thought I was going to think about my future with any girl, but when I got with her, I started thinking about that. It was a shock for me and for her.”

What’s up guys? I hope all is going well.
I watched this piece and it looks like you tried to turn a print story into a multimedia piece. It’s like the same picture over and over, again. Jake and I were talking about it, and it’s a hell of a deal. You guys are trying. It’s still looking good, but you need a story – an actual story. Not this three-picture stuff.

How desperate does she sound? His friends had to convince him to go out with her? Lame…real romantic. Nice shots though!
